Employee requirements
- Construction manager's qualification certificate (preferred);
- Higher/higher engineering education (required);
- Fluent communication in German (writing and reading); GERMAN LANGUAGE IS NECESSARY.
- Work experience in construction project management, knowledge of construction processes and technologies;
- Ability to manage the project in time and budget;
- Responsibility, initiative, quick orientation, curiosity and desire to improve;
- Ability to work both in a team and independently;
- Knowledge and application of construction legislation;
- Ability to use MS Project and other project management systems (advantage)
- Business trips 4 weeks. In Germany - 2 weeks. in Lithuania
- Salary after taxes "in hand" 5000 - 5500 eur/month.
