Today, we are inviting a motivated and responsible Project Managerto the [b]Šiaulių bankas team, who is ready to work in a team, make joint decisions, achieve set goals, would be open to discussion, would like to work in a trust-based culture and, of course, be #closer.
Every day you will be #closer to:
- You will improve the existing financing processes of business clients;
- Assess the need and quality of financing products/services of business clients;
- You will be responsible for initiating changes to ensure the best customer experience in the bank;
- You raise and assess the financing goals of business clients, initiate the necessary changes to achieve the goals;
- You will be responsible for creating, maintaining and constantly updating the competence map;
- I analyze the knowledge and competence of the business client team;
- You will provide general insights on improving the financing process for business customers.
To be #closer, you will need:
- Higher university education;
- At least 3 years of work experience in business financing, process management or related fields;
- Excellent negotiation and sales skills;
- Logical thinking, calculation skills and attentiveness and diligence;
- Excellent communication and cooperation skills, ability to present one's opinion fluently and reasonedly;
- Good knowledge of English;
- Excellent working skills with Microsoft Office;
- Positive thinking, ability to cooperate and work in a team.
