Nature of work
Supervise the construction works of aluminum-glass facades in objects, manage the construction process and ensure the completion of works on time:
- Communication and management of problems with the customer during contract coordination and on the construction site;
- Organize and control construction works on the site. Ensure execution of work according to the schedule;
- Fill out the documentation related to the execution and maintenance of construction works;
- Ensure compliance with worker safety and health, fire safety requirements in the construction facility;
- To control the quantities of materials and completed work, to prepare acts of completed work;
- Execute material orders;
- Carry out material write-offs.
Employee requirements
- Higher/advanced engineering education;
- Project manager work experience;
- Knowledge of construction works;
- Ability to read and understand technical drawings;
- Organizational abilities, responsibility, initiative, ambition;
- Ability to work independently and manage ongoing processes.
