Main responsibilities:
- Analysis of internal and external customer needs, proposing and preparing solutions;
- Analysis of business processes;
- Management of project activities, creation of new ones, evaluation and presentation of results;
- Email management and control of ticket system contract, tasks, schedule;
- Cooperation with e. ticket system supplier and other company departments, explaining the e-mail needs of the ticket system;
- Email development of ticket product task testing strategy and organization/performance of task quality checks;
- Team involvement.
We care, so we expect you to:
- Has IT/technological project management experience;
- Knowledgeable in the implementation and management of information systems and complex solutions (soft+hardware);
- Has experience in the preparation of technical specifications;
- Has analytical, technical vision, good organizational skills;
- Has a higher education and good knowledge of English;
- Able to communicate smoothly and cooperate between interested parties;
- Has a driver's license;
- Preferred: PMP, Prince2 or equivalent certification.

- Salary from 2350 to 3526 EUR (before taxes). Specific remuneration will depend on work experience and competences;
- Annual bonus depending on the achieved performance results;
