Nature of work
Projects are implemented throughout Lithuania: around Kaunas, Vilnius, Klaipėda and other cities.
- Organization, execution and coordination of works on construction objects:
- High-quality preparation and installation of street/road, sidewalk surfaces;
- Engineering plastering (outdoor, plumbing and sewage) construction works;
- Participate in the preparation of the design - estimate documentation of works (preparation of works documents and coordination with the customer);
- Plan the need for materials, equipment and human resources;
- Initiate the selection of subcontractors and control of their work performance;
- Prepare work execution schedules and control their execution;
- Ensure the consistency of work performance, control the quality of work performed and efficient use of resources;
- Communicate with customers, coordinate possible changes to the project, carry out phased and completed delivery of the object.
- to ensure profitable, high-quality and timely implementation of assigned road construction project works;
- plan and timely initiate procurement of resources needed for contract projects, ensure control over the performance of assigned purchase contracts;
Requirements
- At least 3 years of similar work experience;
- Comprehensive knowledge of construction works;
- Problem solving, team work, communication skills;
- Driver's licence B category;
- Reading design drawings;
- Qualification certificate.
