Nature of work
- Plan, manage and ensure the portfolio of assigned projects and project teams and ensure the implementation of project tasks according to the planned plan and resources;
- Effectively cooperate with the members of the project working group, internal/external clients in order to timely implement the formed project goals in implementation issues, plan and manage the activities of the members of the project implementation working group and organize their work;
- Prepare, provide and ensure that documents necessary for the implementation of projects are prepared in a high-quality, appropriate and timely manner;
- Assess and ensure project resource and risk management;
- Supervise the implementation of project activities and procurement contracts;
- Ensure successful implementation of assigned projects.
Employee requirements
- Higher education (economics, business management, business administration, management or other similar field of education);
- At least 2 years of work experience, project management, analysis, efficiency management, activity optimization, organization or similar work experience;
- Knowledge of project management methodologies, tools and experience in their application, project management certificate - an advantage;
- Analytical thinking, activity planning and management skills, ability to work in a dynamic and constantly changing environment;
- Financial literacy skills - an advantage;
- Experience in planning, organizing and coordinating team work;
- Responsibility, diligence, ability to solve problems;
- Be able to work on several projects simultaneously.
