Working on the basis of fellowship, support and team spirit, the organization has implemented many exciting and ambitious projects, including industrial, public and commercial facilities. Among the works they have completed are the IKEA shopping center, the MO Museum of Modern Art, the BOD Innovation Center in Vilnius, the electronics component factory Continental and the medical equipment factory ESCO Lifesciences in Kaunas. The company is currently inviting a project manager to join, who is familiar with the values of honesty, responsibility, intelligence, while stepping into the field of future technologies.
In this position you will:
- You will work with large and ambitious projects - mostly industrial, public, commercial objects;
- You will plan design work, draw up project plans, manage and monitor projects;
- You will be responsible for ensuring the quality and financial result of design services and prepared documents;
- You will coordinate technical design issues with clients, institutions coordinating solutions and project participants;
- The BE LIVE project manager position is focused exclusively on project management.

We expect from you:
- You have a higher education in the field of engineering or architecture studies;
- You are able to think strategically and describe processes;
- At least 3 years old. project management experience;
- You have experience in leading the preparation of large-scale industrial, production and administrative building projects, you have worked with international project teams - an advantage;
- You have a special construction project manager qualification certificate;
- You are familiar with LEED, BREEAM and FM Global standards - an advantage;
- Well-developed team management competencies and personal leadership;
- You are organized, goal-oriented and able to control negotiation situations;
- Good English. knowledge (written and oral).
