You can read drawings, understand customer needs and turn them into real visions - this job posting is just for you! We invite the Project Manager to join the constantly growing and working as one harmonious mechanism UAB "TAUMONA" team.
Your job:
- Constructive clarification of the client's expectations.
- Systematization of information presented in large-scale drawings, analysis of possibilities, selection of appropriate solutions, evaluating technical and raw material procurement restrictions.
- Preparation of proposals with the help of estimators.
- Assessment of risks, their prevention.
- Drawing up the project plan and ensuring compliance with the stipulated deadlines.
- Cooperation with other departments (design, production, planning, supply, etc.) in order to ensure the optimal use of time, human resources and raw material resources of the implemented projects.
We expect from you:
- Higher/higher education (advantage – in the fields of finance, engineering sciences).
- At least 3 years of successful experience in project management (advantage – in cabinet furniture sector, working with architects, designers, real estate developers and developers).
- Ability to fluently teach ideas in writing and orally in Lithuanian and English.
- Analytical thinking, independence, initiative.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Excellent time planning and work organization skills, ability to work in a dynamic and constantly changing environment.
- Good computer skills.
- Responsibility and ability to solve problems.

- We are announcing the specified remuneration from €1,800 in hand and bonuses based on the achieved results - we are ready to discuss another salary range, taking into account your experience and competences.
- The possibility to work in the office in Mazeikiai and/or from home (if the place of residence is not in Mazeikiai).
