OBJECTIVES OF THE POSITION:
- Execution of one object (usually up to 5000 sq.m. area).
- Work planning and organization of tasks during the project.
- Participation in communication with customers and technical supervisors.
- Selection and management of subcontractors.
- Constant communication with the facility team.
- Project budget, schedule tracking.
POSITION EXPECTATIONS:
- Experience in a project manager position or a desire to grow into a project manager.
- Experience working with projects of 1-3 million or more.
- Knowledge of construction processes.
- Professionalism, responsible approach to tasks.
- Ability to lead processes and a team.
