Nature of work
- Active work with the company's employees and customers;
- Planning, organizing and managing the rotation of employees on business trips;
- Communicating with the company's employees on business trip abroad, answering their questions, documentation accounting, coordination and filling in information in the personnel system;
- Execution of tasks entrusted by the manager.
Employee requirements
- Know how to manage problematic situations and find the best solutions;
- Team management and work coordination experience;
- Be able to communicate fluently;
- Excellent knowledge of the English language;
- Good knowledge of the Russian language;
- Good MS Office skills;
- Possibility to go on a business trip (several times a year).

- 30-HOUR WORK WEEK (working hours from 9 a.m. to 4 p.m., the contract specifies a 40-hour work week);
