Nature of work
- You will represent the company's interests in the implementation of structural design and construction management services;
- You will plan, coordinate and control project budgets, schedules and resources required for project implementation; you will manage project risks
- You will organize and carry out structural design and construction management, engineering and technical supervision;
- You will analyze the progress of the project and supervise the implementation of construction solutions;
Expectations for the candidate
- You have a university education, a qualification degree in construction engineering, architecture or construction technology;
- You have 3-5 years of experience as a project manager;
- You know and are able to manage the procedures of the TPS gate (planuojustatau.lt);
- You know the construction law of the Republic of Lithuania, other normative legal acts regulating the design of buildings, construction, project management, contract law;
- You communicate well in Lithuanian and well in English (oral and written).;
- You have digital literacy: extensive use of Office 365 products, good document and information management skills on cloud platforms; you have basic knowledge of Autocad (you can read drawings); you understand the BIM process; you have knowledge of sustainable project development and BREEAM, LEED certification;
- You are able to defend your proposed solutions and alternatives to the Customer and other interested parties;
- Driver's licence B category).
Advantages of the candidate
- You have a qualification certificate for a special structure construction manager and a special structure construction technical maintenance manager;
- Project management knowledge (Agile SCRUM, PMP or similar project management certificate);
- You are familiar with the preparation/execution of contracts according to the terms of the FIDIC contract;
