Nature of work
Construction project budget planning and efficient allocation of resources;
Planning and organization of construction works and execution control;
Ensuring the completion of construction works according to the established terms;
Cooperation with clients and subcontractors on construction work management issues;
Preparation of documentation related to construction execution and maintenance;
Negotiation of terms of subcontracting and supply contracts;
Performance of other functions assigned to the manager of construction projects.
