Nature of work
- Effective implementation and management of outdoor water pipes, surface and domestic sewage of construction projects, planning and organization of works, communication with designers, coordinating institutions;
- Management of subcontractors;
- Control of contract performance and work performance deadlines;
- Project budget management;
- Preparation of project implementation schedules and their implementation control;
- Timely preparation and submission of all documents necessary for the implementation of the project.
Employee requirements
- Higher engineering education;
- Qualification certificate;
- Work experience in implementing construction projects from 1 year;
- Knowledge of construction processes and technologies;
- Excellent work planning, organization, execution, coordination skills;
- Driver's license;
- Good computer skills, clerical knowledge.
