We are looking for
An experienced Project Manager to lead projects from concept to implementation. This position requires excellent technical knowledge in the industry and in the field of waste sorting and recycling.
Nature of work
- Project planning and implementation supervision
- Budgeting and financial management
- Tendering and coordination of subcontractors
- Administration of contracts
- Risk management and problem solving
- resource planning, calculation and control
- Management of implementation deadlines
Employee requirements
- Higher or higher education
- At least 3 years of experience in a project management position
- Technical skills in industry
- Good knowledge of English (C1 level) (German, Russian is an advantage)
- Ability to work with a project management program (MS Project - an advantage)
- Organizational skills - excellent time and resource management
- Orientation to the goal - the ability to set clear goals and work on them, regardless of the circumstances
- Analytical thinking, negotiation skills
- Excellent computer skills
- Driver's licence B category)
