Project manager

For more than 16 years, UAB "Investra" has been a reliable partner of Lithuanian farmers helping to attract and absorb EU support funds for farmers and agricultural companies. We are looking for team reinforcement in the position of project manager, as the volume of investment projects being prepared and the amount of administered projects require expansion.

Nature of work
We only work with support measures administered by the National Payment Agency under the ŽŪM of the Republic of Lithuania, so the daily work of the company is inseparable - the agricultural sector. We are looking for a new colleague for the position of project manager, who we hope has experience working with one or more of the areas: preparation and administration of investment projects, bookkeeping (at least minimally), at least basic knowledge of the agricultural sector. What kind of work would you expect? Project preparation and administration, i.e. communication with clients, preparation of documents when preparing new projects (preparation of applications; preparation of business plan calculations will not be necessary), preparation of answers to inquiries, preparation of annual reports, preparation of payment requests.
EU support measures with which we work "Support for investments in agricultural holdings", "Support for the establishment of young farmers", "Support for small farms" and others (Rural Development Program).

Computer skills (MS Word, Excell, Outlook) will be required to successfully cope with the work.
It will be necessary to communicate with the clients of the company for which we prepare projects on a daily basis, so communication skills are necessary.
Personal qualities - responsibility, diligence, diligence.
Must be able to distinguish profit and loss statement from crop declaration. Experience with investment projects for EU support (especially in the agro segment with NMA) would be a great advantage.

1000-1300 €/mon. net
The salary is formed from a fixed part and a variable part, which can increase significantly during the peak of work ().
