With us you will have the opportunity to:
- Organize the repair and reconstruction of the premises used for the Bank's purposes and the installation of new facilities according to the Bank's needs and concept;
- Formulate tasks for design, coordinate projects, estimates, select companies for the implementation of the aforementioned projects through tenders, prepare contracts and carry out their supervision and control;
- To control the execution of the Bank's contracts concluded with third parties regarding the acquisition of services necessary for the Bank's real estate management and development activities, to administer settlement documents with suppliers, to analyze the costs of these services, to prepare reports;
- Prepare and provide management with information on the progress of implemented projects, assess project risks, make proposals for solving problems.
We hope you have:
- At least 3 years of experience in managing projects with clear goals, deadlines or experience in building management;
- Curiosity and the ability to understand the basic requirements of employees' technical equipment;
- Ability to maintain successful cooperation with various interested parties;
- Leadership qualities, able to manage large projects that require risk assessment, document management;
- Analytical, negotiation, problem solving and critical thinking skills;
- Willingness and ability to present ideas, results in front of an audience, as well as prepare presentations for a wide audience;
- Good knowledge of English - part of the work takes place in this language.
