Organizing the work of project team members and ensuring the efficient distribution of their working time
Identification and management of operational risks
Preparation of project documentation
Analysis of project activities, preparation and presentation of reports
Finding solutions to optimize project management

Experience in software development project management
Knowledge of project management methodologies and tools
Knowledge of information systems technologies and development processes
Technical knowledge of software development
Excellent written and oral knowledge of the Lithuanian language
Good written and oral knowledge of English
Attention to detail, logical and analytical thinking
Responsibility, orientation to the result
