- You will be the right hand of the project manager
- You will supervise the course of organized events
- You will ensure the implementation of the conference marketing plan
- I create conference exhibitions
- I will organize social programs and logistics for the participants
- You will prepare documents and reports
- You will be in the whirlwind of organizing scientific conferences
WHAT CAN WE EXPECT FROM YOU?
- Higher education
- Impeccable computer literacy (MacOS knowledge is an advantage), excellent knowledge of MS Office and clerical skills
- Has excellent knowledge of Lithuanian and English and is able to fluently convey ideas in writing and orally
- You plan your time well, you are focused on the result
- You are motivated, attentive to details and able to quickly adapt to changing situations
- Able to travel and work flexibly with urgent deadlines
