You will be responsible for
- Assisting the project manager in performing all the necessary tasks in the implementation of the construction project: communication with the team and clients, recording meetings, etc.
- Comparison of received offers and preparation of contracts with subcontractors.
- Completion of technical documentation, cumulative work performance and work acceptance acts.
- Communication with customers and contractors, coordinating the documentation of the completed works.
- All-round assistance to the manager in the entire construction project management process.
- Execution of purchases according to the needs of the project.
