Nature of work
- performance of the duties of the project manager in accordance with the requirements of the Construction Law and the company's internal regulations;
- organization, implementation and control of the work of the project team.
Employee requirements
- higher education (preferably in the fields of electrical energy or construction engineering);
- excellent computer skills (MS Office, MS Project);
- category B driver's license;
- necessary organizational, teamwork, communication, time and financial planning skills, ability to make decisions;
- priority will be given to those candidates who have project management experience in electric energy system projects and who have obtained the qualification certificate of the project manager.

Information about monthly remuneration:
- monthly salary from 3500-4500 EUR GROSS.
- Possible financial incentive for results up to 20% of the monthly remuneration, paid once a quarter. The specific salary is agreed with the candidate taking into account the available experience and qualifications;
- working time - full working day.
- workplace - Kaunas (central office, the candidate can be from any Lithuanian city).
- projects - power supply lines, transformer substations, solar power parks, alternative energy.

Tetas UAB's main activity is related to the design and construction of energy and industrial buildings, the construction, reconstruction, repair and maintenance of transformer substations and distribution points, electricity transmission lines; operation of electrical network relay protection and automation, special electrical devices, electrical installation, equipment testing and diagnostics.
