Nature of work
- Preparation of elevator sales proposals based on received building construction projects (analysis of construction drawings);
- Ordering installed elevator components from the manufacturer's catalog based on colleagues' requests;
- Communicating with suppliers in English orally and in writing to clarify possibilities;
- Comprehensive support for project managers in sales, proposals, etc. in the fields of document preparation and their presentation to clients;
- Placing equipment orders to suppliers and managing information about their delivery, passing it on to responsible persons, managing carrier issues (loading, unloading, delays);
- Compilation of technical documentation from documents provided by manufacturers, execution of other supply-related administrative tasks.
Employee requirements
- Analytical thinking, organization, systematicity, orderliness;
- Motivation and a strong sense of responsibility;
- Ability to understand and analyze construction technical documents - project documentation, drawings;
- Good computer skills (MS Office, CAD review);
- Ability to work in a team and communicate effectively with colleagues, suppliers and customers (in Lithuanian and English);
