Nature of work
- Active search for new customers and maintaining relations with existing wholesale customers.
- Active participation in public construction tenders (document preparation, company representation).
- Preparation of detailed estimates and their coordination with the client (sales process from a to z).
- Assessment of market and customer needs, provision of structured information to managers.
- Search for new customers in the Kėdainiai region (materials for Roofs, Facades, Fences, Solar power plants)
Employee requirements
Higher education (in the fields of management, construction, energy or economics) can be studied;
Experience working in building maintenance or sales related to the construction and/or energy sector;
MS Office (Word, Excel) and AutoCAD program;
Excellent knowledge of the Lithuanian language (knowledge of Russian and English is a big advantage);
B category;
Personal qualities: communication, decisiveness, responsibility, analytical thinking.

Salary
1200-2200 €/mon. net
from €1200/month. "in hand" basic salary + bonuses.
It will be discussed in detail during the interview and will depend on the candidate's competencies and personal qualities. Salary consists of a fixed DU base and bonuses that depend on sales.
