Nature of work

The Project Management Department of the Strategy Department in Vilnius is strengthening its team and invites the Project Management Function Manager (PMO) to join.

Responsibilities:



  • participate in the compilation of the annual assigned portfolio of the Company's projects, monitor and control its implementation, changes, management of project interfaces;
  • ensure the quality control of project management of the assigned functional portfolio, perform process quality audits;
  • to advise the Company's employees involved in the implementation of the assigned functional portfolio on issues of portfolio and project management processes, methodologies and procedures, to share good practices;
  • to cooperate with the Company's departments participating in the implementation of projects, in order to evaluate the applied practices and identify areas for improvement;
  • analyze the data of project procurements, market consultations and make suggestions regarding the improvement of procurement and project management documentation;
  • prepare internal training material and conduct training in project management processes/knowledge areas assigned to the Company's employees;
  • participate in the formation and improvement of the Company's project portfolio and project management processes, methodologies, procedures and instructions in assigned areas;
  • to implement and improve the assigned methodological tools (procedures, templates, tools) for the planning, management, monitoring and control of the Company's projects
  • form, monitor and improve project management good practices.

Employee requirements

  • higher university education
  • at least 2 years of experience in project management
  • Knowledge of project management standards and methodologies (theoretical and practical knowledge)
  • strong result orientation, analytical thinking, organization, initiative, responsibility, ability to cooperate
  • fluent Lithuanian and good knowledge of English (oral and written)

Advantages:

  • experience/knowledge in working with project management information systems and tools
