Narbutas International is currently looking for a Project Management Manager who will develop a project management system and initiate the development of project management competencies for employees, ensure the management of the project portfolio and project interdependencies, and support project management controls and an appropriate reporting system .

Main responsibilities:
- Create, maintain and continuously improve procedures, processes and other necessary documentation describing project management in the company;
- Create, maintain and constantly improve project portfolio criteria and data needed to manage the portfolio;
- Ensure collection of projects and submission of its data from project owners and project managers;
- Manage the project portfolio - evaluate the project portfolio and interdependencies between projects, make suggestions to decision-makers regarding project initiation, prioritization or consolidation, and completion;
- Ensure continuous project monitoring and reporting system;
- As needed, initiate and/or independently prepare trainings for the company's employees or otherwise advise on the topics of project management and application of project methodologies;
For successful work you will need:
- To have a higher university education (advantage – managerial studies);
- Know Agile and Waterfall project management methodologies;
- Have project management experience;
- Have strategic thinking, analytical insights and the ability to identify connections;
- Know how to coordinate different interested parties;
- An advantage is to have project portfolio management experience or experience in implementing project management methodologies in the company;
- Have a category B driver's license.
