Nature of work

  • Outdoor advertising screen system management (Occupancy management, uploading video advertising to the system, monitoring equipment operation, preparing photo and other reports);
  • Plan, organize, press orders and collection;
  • Plan, organize advertising hanging and hanging works and plan travel routes;
  • Delegate and ensure constant communication with the advertising installation department;
  • Monitor the quality of advertising hanging work and prepare photo reports;
  • Communicate with the company's internal departments and strive to ensure smooth work.

Employee requirements

  • Higher Education;
  • Good knowledge of English (B1);
  • Very good knowledge of MS Office (especially Excel);
  • Good IT knowledge;
  • Work experience with CRM or ERP systems - an advantage;
  • At least 1.5 m of experience in the field of management, coordination or administration;
  • Positivity, courage and initiative;
  • Independence and good work time planning skills;
  • Analytical thinking, adherence to processes and procedures
