We will provide responsibilities:

  • Correctly and timely keep records of purchase and sale documents of assigned companies and submit related declarations in accordance with valid legal acts (VAT, isaf);

  • Correctly and timely keep records of accountable persons of assigned companies;

  • Correct and timely accounting of bank/cash transactions of assigned companies;

  • Correctly and timely perform accounting of working time and wages of assigned companies and submit related declarations in accordance with valid legal acts;

  • Borrow long-term and short-term assets and the accounting of their execution;

  • Carry out control of the receivables of assigned companies;

  • In accordance with the accrual principle, to carry out the recognition of the income and expenses of the assigned companies based on the accounting documents (accounting certificates for the calculation of interest, land and real estate taxes);

  • Prepare and submit the financial statements of the companies assigned for approval in the prescribed form in accordance with the contracts for the provision of accounting services.
  • Provide timely and correct profit/loss and other financial information data to the client, according to the requirements and deadlines

  • Carry out correct tax accounting

  • Carry out and ensure control of accounting: accounting of costs, wages, debit and credit settlements, in accordance with the established accounting procedure
  • We hope that you:
  • Has an accounting education and knows the basics of accounting;
  • Knows clerical rules and has good computer skills;
  • Excellent command of Excel functions;
  • Has experience working with Navision/BSS business management systems (advantage);
  • You are a hardworking, careful and attentive person.
  • You plan and organize work and time well;
  • You speak and write English well.
