Nature of work:

  • managing the basket of existing customers;
  • participation in new sales negotiations;
  • monitoring and analysis of regional performance results;
  • budgeting;
  • team coordination, education and motivation to achieve goals.

Requirements:

  • higher education;
  • understanding of sales processes;
  • not less than 1 year experience in the field of business development (working with clients, client management);
  • experience in managing a team of at least 3 people;
  • strategic and analytical thinking, ability to transform long-term strategic goals into short-term tactical actions;
  • knowledge of labor law;
  • communication and representativeness;
  • category B driver's license;
  • English language. knowledge at B1/B2 level.
