BE READY TO CHALLENGE YOURSELF

You should be ready to participate in the following activities:
  • Execute and maintain various project procurement procedures. This will include: the preparation of tender documentation, coordination and submission of proposals while ensuring compliance with laws, document management and technical specifications requirements.
  • Be a focal point of communication with the clients, external partners and internal team members on procurement matters.
  • Provide guidance and support to staff during proposal preparation for the compliance of tender specifications and provide internal training.
  • Update and maintain relevant databases.
  • Review documentation and practices to be ISO 9001 compliant. Participate in internal and external audits.

COME PREPARED

A successful candidate will have:
  • Project procurement experience and/or knowledge of procurement processes.
  • Being quality-conscious without losing the overall focus.
  • The ability to manage multiple projects at once and prioritize work.
  • The ability to analyze and solve problems.
  • Good command of spoken and written Lithuanian and English.

This position offers a one-year contract with the potential for extension.
