Employee requirements
Excellent communication skills in Lithuanian and English and guest orientation.
Ability to work in a team.
Responsibility, punctuality and willingness to learn.
Not afraid of a higher workload during the season.
Previous experience in the hotel or restaurant sector would be an advantage, but not essential - we will train motivated candidates.
Ability to work morning shifts and weekends on a rolling schedule.
