What should be done?
Breakfast cook/s
Kitchen assistant
- Prepare breakfast menu according to technological cards and quality standards (after ordering);
- Maintain order and cleanliness in the kitchen (closed kitchen);
- Ensure the quality of products and dishes, inform about product residues;
- Adhere to GHPT
Kitchen assistant
- Assisting chefs in food preparation, including preparation of ingredients, supervision of baking and cooking processes;
- Maintenance and cleaning of kitchen equipment and workplaces;
- Helping to maintain an orderly and hygienic working environment;
- Active participation in the work of the team to ensure smooth preparation and delivery of meals.
What do we expect?
Breakfast Cook(s)
- Excellent cooking skills or the desire to acquire them;
- High knowledge of hygiene and sanitation standards;
- Ability to effectively manage time and priorities, especially at peak times;
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
