The Role
Home Group is looking for a Quality Manager who will ensure Quality Management system implementation in Lithuania factories. Quality Manager will be based at operations in Klaipeda (400+ employees) and will report directly to General Manager. In this role, he / she will cooperate with the Production and Customer service to get best Quality result.
Responsibilities
- Ensure the development, implementation, management and control of the quality management system in the company;
- Administer claims regarding production discrepancies, communicate with customers on product quality issues;
- Assess and ensure compliance of the company's activities, technologies, products with standards and process requirements;
- Analyze processes, inconsistencies and their causes, provide suggestions for improvement, initiate their implementation;
- Plan and conduct internal audits, and lead external audits;
- Coordinate the work of employees appointed to be responsible for quality control, advise them;
- Improve the fostering of activities, culture, employee involvement and motivation.
Requirements
- At least 3 years of work experience in a manufacturing company;
- Orientation towards continuous improvement of activities and improvement of results;
- Ability to systematize and analyze information;
- Good excel skills
- Required - written and spoken English;
- Initiative, diligence and responsibility.
