Tasks and resposibilities:
- Analyze existing processes to make suitable recommendations for quality improvements and efficiency increase;
- Ensure that quality processes comply with safety and quality standards and technology requirements.
- Approve new materials and suppliers. Collect and upload data to the dedicated system.
- Collect various data from EU&US Region production plants.
- Participate in claim investigation and report preparation activities to identify root cause and recommend preventive and corrective actions.
- Prepare documents and statements for customers based on the regulations and requirements.
- Supervise and cooperate with EU&US Region production plants on the ISO standard implementation and improvement.
- Create and coordinate quality related training programs and trainings for RETAL employees, adjust information to actual situation.
- Conduct internal Quality process audits.
Requirements
- Education in engineering and/or technology
- Proven work experience in quality as a quality assurance specialist or engineer (ISO standards implementation, claim management)
- Problem-solving skills
- Analytical thinking skills, good observation skills
- Ability to provide trainings
- Positive attitude
- Fluent English
- ISO certified auditor - an advantage
- Know-how in plastics (polymers) - an advantage
