Nature of work

  • determination of RAA fulfillment principles for reconstructed and newly constructed network objects;
  • preparation of RAA regulations tasks;
  • Determination and coordination of RAA principles and regulations with distribution network and power plant operators;
  • expert assessment of RAA project solutions;
  • preparation of regulatory instructions for RAA changes in cases of repair and emergency shutdowns;
  • Performing and improving the work analysis of RAA facilities.

Employee requirements

  • higher education in automation, electrical engineering, electrical energy (4th year/master's degree student);
  • knowledge of RAA (relay protection and automation) operating principles;
  • knowledge of RAA operating principles;
  • MS Office skills, engineering thinking, creativity, initiative, ability to work independently, diligence, responsibility;
  • technical knowledge of English (technical literature in English).

Advantages:

  • experience in performing the design of the RAA part of transmission network electric energy objects or coordination of transmission network RAA management systems;
  • knowledge of the installation of electrical equipment and the rules for the operation of electrical equipment;
  • experience in the analysis of short-circuit parameters and the selection of RAA provisions;
  • work experience with short-circuit calculation programs;
  • experience in combining SIEMENS, ABB, GENERAL ELECTRIC and other manufacturers' microprocessor RAA devices with their software, knowledge of the principles of operation and selection of these devices;
  • experience in the field of design, adjustment, maintenance and operation of 330-110 kV relay protection and automation devices.
