Position Description
Your competences and experience
AB "LTG Infra" offers to its employees
- Carry out the initiation of projects assigned by the Rail Baltica program, monitor and control the deadlines of ongoing projects
- Prepare risk management plans for the Rail Baltica program, monitor risk changes, provide recommendations on risk management
- Plan and monitor the budgets of the projects that make up the program, control the efficient implementation of the assigned investments
- Provide timely information in weekly/monthly formats to agreed reports on set KPI indicators, program budget, projects and activities assigned to the program
- Prepare and monitor registers of changes to the projects that make up the program, submit proposals to operational units regarding changes (those who implement projects work directly with project changes), ensure the traceability of project change information
- Conduct a review of the consistency, compatibility, interfaces of the Rail Baltica program timetable, identify possible inconsistencies and errors
- Prepare and, as needed, update methodologies/instructions for the assurance and efficiency of program management/control
Your competences and experience
- Higher Education
- At least 5 years of work experience in project and/or project program management
- Experience working with project management tools/information systems (advantage - experience working with Oracle Primavera P6, MS Project)
- Excellent planning skills, ability to work in a dynamic environment
- Knowledge of clerical and document preparation rules
- Impeccable Lithuanian language, written and spoken English skills (not lower than B2 level)
- Very good skills in working with computer programs (MS Office 365 package)
- Knowledge of project management methodology (PMBoK, Prince2, ITIL, IPMA or similar).
- Positive attitude, helpfulness, excellent communication and teamwork skills and ability to argue
