Position Description
Your competences and experience
AB "LTG Infra" offers its employees
- Coordinate the need and scope of projects related to the "Rail Baltica" program with internal and external partners and projects
- Prepare information and perform actions regarding the inclusion of projects in the company's investment and procurement plans
- Ensure that the documents necessary for the preparation of projects are prepared in a high-quality, appropriate and timely manner (Project plan, technical specifications, technical tasks, procurement documents, etc.)
- Organize, plan, manage, execute and control the preparation of projects within the limits of established quality, budget and time constraints
- Make decisions on project preparation issues, plan and manage the activities of project preparation working group members and organize their work
- Assess and manage project preparation risks, implement risk management measures
- Initiate and participate in procurement procedures for project preparation
- Ensure execution, management and administration of transactions for project preparation
Your competences and experience
- Higher university education (preferably in the field of technology/natural/social sciences)
- At least 2 years of experience in project proposals, construction technical projects, technical-work projects, preparation and/or implementation of work projects in the fields of communication development projects
- Experience in managing projects financed by the EU or VB
- Knowledge and application of advanced project management models, project management based on the formation of short-term and long-term goals/stages (KPI, stage-gate)
- Experience and ability to effectively manage project risks
- Knowledge of FIDIC engineering contracts and EU support allocation and administration rules, guidelines defining the financial and economic evaluation of investment projects, methodologies for determining the financial and economic benefits of investment projects
- Fluent written and spoken Lithuanian language, good English language skills
- Good computer skills (Microsoft Office)
