Nature of work:
- Organize and plan company employee training;
- Consult managers and employees regarding the implementation of training needs;
- Plan and ensure employee knowledge verification, organization of qualification improvement;
- Create innovative solutions to improve the effectiveness of training;
- Effectively manage and systematize information flows;
- Ensure smooth internal communication;
- Coordinate the management's agenda;
- Organization of business trips: booking plane tickets, hotel reservations, etc.;
- Accept company calls, distribute traffic and direct to the right persons;
- Plan, register and organize business meetings;
- Polite reception of guests and customers, provision of information;
- Prepare and edit management letters, according to clerical requirements.
We hope you:
- You have a higher education (enterprise administration, business management - an advantage);
- You have successful work experience in planning, organizing and implementing training;
- You have successful work experience in the position of office administrator;
- You know how to prepare and formalize documents;
- You can speak and write the Lithuanian language flawlessly (spelling and punctuation);
- You have good knowledge of English. Knowledge of Russian is an advantage;
- You have excellent computer skills (Word, PowerPoint);
- You have experience working with Excel;
- You have planning, managerial, organizational and communication skills, innovative solutions and creativity;
- Excellent communication skills, positive attitude towards work, colleagues and guests;
- Good skills of independent and team work, personal efficiency, time and task management, ability to analyze and systematize information.
