Head of Regional Family Clinics

You will be responsible for the development and expansion of family clinics, mental health centers and nursing homes;
You will have to initiate and actively participate in new projects related to service availability and quality improvement;
Your responsibility and accountability will include the implementation of set KPI indicators, fulfillment of the annual budget;
In your team, you will have Regional Clinic Managers, Mental Health Center Managers, Nursing Home Managers and Level I Service Managers;
Together with the team, you will be responsible for organizing the activities of more than 70 clinics;
You will have to ensure efficient use of resources;
Support and further promote the culture of cooperation in the company;
Work planning, organization and team building of subordinate employees.

Higher university education (in the field of medicine - an advantage);
Quick orientation and decision-making in non-standard situations;
At least 3 years of management experience in the medical/sales sector;
Good project management and MS Office skills, good knowledge of English (written and spoken);
Strong competences in communication and negotiations;
Orientation to the result, initiative, analytical thinking.

5000-7000 €/mon. gross
The salary consists of a fixed part and bonuses.
