Nature of work:
- Management of trade operations of assigned departments, coordination of processes, improvement;
- ensuring the fulfillment of set sales goals;
- analysis of performance indicators of assigned units;
- organization of work in departments, including approval of admission, dismissal, transfer, coordination of the process of training and adaptation of new employees, implementation of workload, work performance, career planning, promotion and motivation;
- team formation, education, motivation and control, ensuring internal communication and information transfer to the responsible persons;
- coordination of retail trade according to categories, control of product display, initiation of sale of the product range, ensuring the implementation of loyalty programs, customer service standards;
- preparation of reports, document management.
- other functions, work within the limits of competencies, execution of the manager's instructions.

- you have at least a higher education;
- you have similar work experience;
- you are result-oriented;
- you have excellent organizational and team building and development skills;
- you have a good command of basic MS Office programs (Word, Excel, Outlook);
- you are able to solve conflict situations.

Salary
From 1500 €/mon. net
The salary depends on the candidate's work experience, available competences and ability to independently achieve the set goals, and is therefore coordinated with the selected candidate individually.
