Contribute significantly to the creation and implementation of the company's development strategy in Klaipėda
Ensure the achievement of the planned sales and profitability goals of the region
Provide timely and high-quality reports and findings on regional performance and suggestions for improving regional performance to the Director of Sales
Educate, motivate and efficiently organize the work of subordinate sales employees
