Maintenance and optimization of the technological process;
Ensure the implementation of the quality indicators set for the company's divisions;
Technological process monitoring, control, improvement;
Continuous work with employees and ensuring their work results
Training and motivation of new employees.
Perform other assigned tasks in order to ensure the functions performed by the department, related to the main purpose of the duties.
Employee requirements
Experience working as a technologist;
Education in food technology (advantage);
Proficiency in Russian (required);
Excellent planning skills, organizational skills;
Activity, initiative, responsibility, ability to work in a team;
People orientation, perception of the importance of the relationship;
Ability to solve problems quickly and independently.
