UAB "Ecoservice" - a leading group of waste management companies in Lithuania, engaged in the collection, transportation, sorting, recycling, city cleaning and street maintenance of various wastes, providing a wide range of other services, invites a Regional territory maintenance manager to join its team!
NATURE OF WORK:
- Organize the work of maintenance managers of Šiauliai, Anykščiai, Kėdainiai city territories;
- Coordinate modernization projects of used business systems;
- Carry out monitoring of territory maintenance works, management of small and large equipment;
- managing risks related to project implementation, managing problematic situations and making effective decisions, preparing project progress reports, managing resources and deadlines;
- development of employee competencies, motivation, planning of employee needs;
- cooperation with representatives of municipalities.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Higher education (preferably in logistics, transport, management, etc.);
- Experience of supervised work in a company related to transport management, organization of services;
- Communication, initiative, ambition, quick orientation;
- Ability to independently solve problems, make decisions;
- Good negotiation skills, goal orientation, flexibility, positive thinking;
- Team work experience, good communication skills;
- Good computer skills;
- Driver's license - category B (required).

Salary
