Currently, the company is intensively expanding its activities in the Baltic countries and Lithuania is looking for a regional manager of stoma care, responsible for the implementation of regional sales goals and budget, development of sales activities, creating and strengthening business partnerships with key decision makers, consolidating the company's products and the range of services provided, promoting business development and growth. The Regional Manager will care for the most relevant stoma patients seeking care, ensuring that the necessary products and services are available and provided in a timely manner.
Main areas of responsibility:
- Effectively manages the assigned region and customers and implements the set regional sales goals.
- Develops and implements strategies that help achieve regional and company goals with maximum efficiency.
- Oriented to the client, able to reveal the main needs of the client, accordingly present a package of benefits that includes both clinical and financial aspects;
- Able to effectively plan daily tasks, the sequence of visits and calls;
- Able to find information about the competitive environment, related activities, assess the potential of each client for business growth.
- Develops and maintains long-term partnerships that promote awareness and use of the company's products in a certain group of customers;
- Excellent clinical and technical knowledge of products, knows the competitive environment, products, market trends and the specifics of this industry;
- Actively participates in social, scientific, clinical activities, events, conferences, self-improvement trainings and activities in this field.
- Duly manages documents in the assigned area, prepares related reports, accounts for various activities, tasks, and carefully keeps expense accounts.
Basic requirements:
- University education (biomedical sciences: medicine, public health, nursing, pharmacy, dentistry, etc.);
- Experience working with patients with a stoma would be considered a strong advantage;
- A licensed general practice nurse with experience with stoma patients would be considered a strong asset;
- At least 3 years of sales experience in pharmaceutical/medical products;
- Willingness and ability to travel both within the assigned region and outside Lithuania for the purposes of education and events;
- Valid category B driver's license;
- Adherence to high ethical standards;
- Excellent communication, empathy and listening skills;
- Proactivity and orientation to the solution and the result.
The professional working in this position may have to visit clients in their homes or in treatment/rehabilitation institutions, therefore the highest standards and requirements for personal data protection, privacy in communication, behavior, ethics, internal rules of institutions and other standards and requirements will be set.
Additional knowledge, skills and abilities:
- Interpersonal communication and relationship building skills;
- Excellent skills in using Microsoft Office programs;
- Excellent time planning and management skills of the assigned region, administrative skills, excellent verbal skills of correct writing and speaking;
- English language skills at least B level would be an advantage.

- Salary from 2300 - 3000 EUR before taxes, depending on available competencies and experience;
