Nature of work
- Registration and de-registration of sanatorium clients in the hotel reservation system and drawing up the procedure schedule in the procedure management system;
- Entering reservation data into the hotel reservation system;
- Work with pancreas;
- Close cooperation with other departments;
- Ensuring a pleasant customer experience by providing information about the sanatorium and procedures, and other issues that arise.
Employee requirements
- Higher or higher education;
- Good Russian and/or English language skills (knowledge of other languages would be an advantage);
- Good working skills in MS Office;
- Excellent customer service, communication, problem solving skills, emotional control, stress resistance;
- A permanent smile and a desire to help people.
