Quality customer service, including polite, tactful and pleasant communication, attentive and empathetic approach to customers;
Detailed and smooth provision of information about the clinic's services live, by phone;
Registration of patients for consultations, procedures, patient supervision, from appointment with a doctor, examination and information provision to the end of service provision;
Call reception, routing, correspondence management;
Bringing information into computer systems;
Performing tasks assigned by the manager;
Communication with doctors;

WE HOPE THAT:
- you have similar work experience in a medical institution or in the field of customer service;
- You speak Lithuanian correctly both orally and in writing.
- You are attentive, helpful, able to communicate tactfully and politely, you are an attentive, careful, orderly, responsible, organized person. Willingness to learn and improve, quick orientation and search for solutions;
- Computer skills, MS office package program skills (eg excel, word), ability to find the necessary information;
- Work with the cash register;
- Advantage - good knowledge of spoken English.

Salary

It is possible to choose a workload from 1 to 1.5 full-time.
