Nature of work
- Higher or higher education
- high-quality customer service, which includes polite, tactful and pleasant communication, attentive and empathetic approach to customers;
- call reception, routing, document management, patient registration;
- detailed and smooth provision of information about the services provided by the sanatorium;
- creation of files, systematization of documents related to the performance of the functions of this position;
- planning the regular arrival of patients to the sanatorium, analyzing patient flows;
- ensuring the execution of tasks and functions of the manager assigned to the reception desk;
- organization of patient accommodation, taking into account their wishes and special needs.
Employee requirements
- You have similar work experience in a medical institution or in the field of customer service, you speak and write Lithuanian correctly;
- Attentiveness, helpfulness, ability to communicate tactfully and politely. You are attentive, careful, orderly, responsible, organized person;
- Willingness to learn and improve, quick orientation and search for solutions are appreciated;
- Computer skills, MS office package program skills (e.g. excel, word), ability to quickly find the necessary information.
