The nature and requirements of the administrator's work:
Reception, accommodation, escort of hotel guests;
Acceptance of orders/reservations;
Administration of orders for additional services (massages, etc.);
Working with the hotel reservation system;
Communicating with customers, providing information, solving problems.
Requirements:
Communicate and write fluently in Lithuanian and English both orally and in writing;
Excellent communication skills;
Politeness, helpfulness;
Responsibility, receptivity, ability to quickly process and absorb information.
