We make pizza using ancient production techniques and the highest quality ingredients. We bake the pizza in a handmade wood-fired oven at a temperature of 400 C for about 90 seconds.
The ceramic grill is based on a more than 3,000-year-old Asian earthenware vessel known as kamado.
