As a Reinsurance manager, you will be responsible for the tasks related to:
- Reinsurance treaties maintenance, development and solving day-to-day related questions;
- Finding best facultative reinsurance solutions;
- Building good relationships with external and internal partners;
- Developing reinsurance related reporting, accounting, analysis processes.
Requirements:
- University degree with strong legal or quantitative background;
- At least 2 years of experience in insurance industry (in reinsurance area would be treated as advantage);
- Strong interpersonal and effective communicational, negotiations skills;
- Ability to understand complex documentation and legal requirements;
- Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously in a deadline-driven environment;
- Fluent English and Lithuanian;
- Curious nature, willingness to learn.
