A large group of people from Trelew invites you, the future head of the repair center, to join our team and pursue one common goal - to become the largest independent network of truck repair centers in Europe, of which we currently have 9!

Features that will be waiting for you:
- I managed the truck repair center team;
- You will ensure the smooth operation of the repair center;
- You will ensure the quality of the provided services and be responsible for its improvement;
- Examine customer complaints;
- Properly plan work time and manage flows;
- Together with the Personnel Department, you will plan the repair center's human resources and participate in selections;
- Will make suggestions for improving the operation of the repair center.
What do we expect from you?
- Must have at least 2 years of supervised work experience in a truck (or other commercial transport - bus, agricultural, etc.) repair center, providing services to external customers;
- Has excellent team leadership qualities;
- CAN be a leader and role model for the team;
- You plan your time well. Own and others;
- Has good negotiation skills;
- Must have accumulated good technical knowledge (does he have technical knowledge about trucks or other commercial transport (let's get ahead of events - saying that trucks are almost no different from cars - does not suit us);
- You speak English and Russian well;
- You will have the ambition that the repair center you manage will always be in the top of the company's results table!

- Salary from 2500 to 3300 eur in hand. The salary will depend on your experience and knowledge.
