Primary responsibilities
#LEDŲ pasolais invites professional EQUIPMENT MAINTENANCE ENGINEERS to join the team! We hope that with your help the ice will go around the world!!!
- Formation of a long-term technical service strategy;
- Leading the technical maintenance team, motivating and educating employees;
- Organization of production equipment technical maintenance and repair work (capital, planned-preventive) and work efficiency;
- Departmental budget planning, management and cost control;
- Accounting management of spare parts warehouse;
- Urgent troubleshooting, ensuring prevention;
- Implementation of new equipment installation and existing equipment modernization projects;
- Ensuring compliance with the requirements of occupational safety and health, fire safety in the department.
If you meet the criteria:
We expect that you have a university or higher education in the field of engineering, preferably in the field of mechatronics;
Similar work experience in planning, managing repairs of production equipment and accounting for spare parts;
You are able to improve production equipment and have implemented equipment monitoring processes;
Excellent computer skills for reading technical literature in English and Russian.
You are characterized by technical logical thinking, you are observant and you like to plan, analyze and optimize production processes.
